We aim to provide an enjoyable experience for all attendees. To that end, we ask that you please refrain from engaging in any sort of disruptive behaviour, including but not limited to: being excessively loud, making offensive comments or gestures, refusing to follow event staff instructions, and bringing outside food or drink into the venue. If you violate any of these rules, you may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

When you purchase a ticket for an event, you can expect to receive confirmation of your purchase via email and sms. This email will include your order number, the event name and date, and the venue name, contact details and address. You will also receive a link to your tickets, which you can show on your mobile device at the venue. Please note that some events may have additional security measures in place, so be sure to check the event details before you arrive.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.



Thank you for choosing Scene Ticketing for your event ticketing needs. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for processing refunds.

Once a ticket purchased will not be cancelled or refunded at any cost unless in certain specific situations like only if the live event/ workshop is cancelled by the organizer, no response from artists for days after booking.

1. Refund Eligibility

a. Event Cancellations: In the event of a canceled event, refunds will generally be offered to all ticket holders. The refund amount will depend on the policies set forth by the event organizer and the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
b. Postponed or Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will typically remain valid for 14 days from the date of booking. However, if the artist isn’t responding then the ticket is deemed to be refunded.
c. Event Refunds by Organizers: In cases where the event organizer offers refunds for any reason, Scene Ticketing will assist in processing those refunds as per the organizer’s instructions.

2. Refund Requests

a. Contacting Scene Ticketing: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] or through our designated customer support channels- contact us tab/ Chatbot/ email [email protected]. Provide relevant details such as your order number, ticket information, and reason for the refund request.

b. Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the event organizer or within a reasonable timeframe determined by Scene Ticketing.

c. Refund Processing: Once a refund request is received, we will review it and initiate the refund process, subject to the applicable refund policies outlined above. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used during the ticket purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Service Fees/ Convenience fee: Service fees and charges associated with ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in cases where Scene Ticketing cancels an event or if specifically stated otherwise by the event organizer.
