Ever journaled to live music? Like, real indie artists tuning in to your mood while you pour your heart onto paper? Welcome to Musical Journaling — where your thoughts finally get a background score.

This isn’t your typical journaling workshop.
It’s part writing, part live gig, part mini therapy session… minus the pressure.

Here’s how it goes:
You walk in. An artist starts playing live music. The mood shifts as the prompts roll out. You write what you feel. The music flows with your emotions. At some point, you forget you’re in a workshop.

What to expect

We’ve got:

* Guided journal prompts (deep but not heavy)
* Indie artists customizing music based on the vibe
* A jamming session you can be part of
* Chill games to help you connect without awkward small talk
* Journals and activities from the Well Balancez team

This is your chance to journal like never before. Not in silence. Not alone.
But surrounded by music, people who feel things too, and a space that just gets it.

Terms & Condition

We aim to provide an enjoyable experience for all attendees. To that end, we ask that you please refrain from engaging in any sort of disruptive behavior, including but not limited to: being excessively loud, making offensive comments or gestures, refusing to follow event staff instructions, and bringing outside food or drink into the venue. If you violate any of these rules, you may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

All tickets purchased are valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.
No refund will be allowed once the ticket is purchased.
We request you reach the venue at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled event time for seamless entry and commencement of the event.
For reservation and confirmation of date and time, please contact the merchant directly. Rescheduling a booked slot for the activity/event is subject to the merchant’s discretion.
Merchants may take photographs and videos of the registrant for marketing collateral and materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the merchant beforehand, and your privacy shall be maintained.
Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
