Event Format & Access

• Possibilities Fest ’24 is a 7-day online festival taking place from August 3rd to 9th, 2024.
• Access to the event’s virtual platform and sessions is granted upon successful registration and payment.
• Attendees are responsible for having a stable internet connection and compatible devices to participate in the virtual sessions.

Code of Conduct

• We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. We ask that you refrain from any behavior that could be considered disruptive, offensive, or discriminatory.
• Attendees must respect the intellectual property of presenters and other participants. Recording or sharing of session content without permission is prohibited.

Registration & Payment

• Registration fees are non-refundable except under the circumstances outlined in Section 4.
• By registering, you agree to receive email communications from Become® regarding the festival and related updates.

Refunds, Transfers, & Missed Sessions

• If you are unable to attend the festival, you have the following options:
• Transfer Your Ticket: You may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at [Your Email Address] before July 31st, 2024.
• Receive Recorded Sessions: If you miss a live session, you will have access to a recording of the session for a limited time after the festival.
• Request a Refund: You may request a refund before July 31st, 2024. Refunds will be processed minus the 3% convenience fee charged by the booking platform. To request a refund, please email us at hello@Become®.team

Changes to the Program

• Become® reserves the right to modify the festival schedule, speakers, or content if necessary. We will make every effort to notify participants of any significant changes in advance.

Liability

• Become® is not liable for any technical difficulties or disruptions to the virtual platform that may occur during the festival.
• Participants are responsible for their own participation and engagement in the festival’s activities.
