We aim to provide an enjoyable experience for all attendees. To that end, we ask that you please refrain from engaging in any sort of disruptive behavior, including but not limited to: being excessively loud, making offensive comments or gestures, refusing to follow event staff instructions, and bringing outside food or drink into the venue. If you violate any of these rules, you may be asked to leave the event without a refund.

1. All tickets purchased are valid for 14 days from the date of purchase, and the ticket here should be booked at least 24-48 hours in advance for slot availability.
2. Check with us for availability before booking the slots.
3. Smoking/Drinking is NOT allowed inside the theater.
4. Party poppers/Snow sprays/Cold Fire/Sparkle candles, and any other similar items are strictly PROHIBITED inside the theater.
5. Couples below 18 years age are not allowed to enter the theater. Under 18 years can come in groups
6. No refund will be allowed once the ticket is purchased.
7. We request you reach the venue at least 15 mins prior to your event scheduled time for seamless entry and commencement of the event.
8. For reservation and confirmation of date and time please contact the merchant directly. Rescheduling a booked slot for the activity/ event is subject to the merchant’s discretion.
9. Merchants may take photographs and videos of the registrant for marketing collateral and materials. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform the merchant beforehand and your privacy shall be maintained.
10. Attendees must comply with all venue rules and regulations.
11. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
